Refunds are provided in the form of Coupon Credit, and the coupon value is equivalent to the value of the returned product. For Cash on Delivery orders, we deduct a ₹125 shipping charge, covering cash handling fees. Prepaid returns within India for orders with multiple products receive full refunds, assuming one product is returned.
